How do I receive my Swell Well?
After you sign up, you will receive an email letting you know your service pick-up date. We will drop off your bucket on your first scheduled service date on our regular pick-up route. We’ll also provide a whole bunch of other introductory details in this email, so look out for it!

We collect your organic waste during weekdays between 8 am and 3 pm. After you sign up, we will connect with you via email to provide a whole bunch of other introductory details, including your bi-weekly collection day.

Where do I leave my Swell Well for pick up?
Most of our customers leave their Swell Well at the end of their driveway, near the mailbox, or wherever they leave their trash can and recycling bins. Apartment dwellers typically leave their Swell Well next to their community mailbox or outside their front door, if that door has exterior access.
If these locations don’t work for you, email us, and we will help you find the perfect place to leave your Swell Well each time we swing by for pick up.
When should I put my Swell Well out for collection?
We typically pick up during the daytime on your scheduled pickup day so it’s best to leave your bucket out in the morning. You can also leave your bucket out the night before your scheduled pick-up date if you prefer. When you sign up, we’ll let you know the day and time we visit your area so you can have your Swell Well ready and waiting for us to empty.
