Do you service the area where I live?

Can I sign up for your service if I live in an apartment building?

You sure can, and we hope you do. We get quite a few questions about this, so we created a specific FAQ just for apartment dwellers that we hope will answer all your questions.

Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription?

You sure can. Email us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do I receive finished compost as part of my subscription?

Yep. Each spring, we offer customers up to 40 pounds of finished compost delivered to your home as part of your subscription! During this period, we also offer additional compost for sale for those who want more than 40 pounds. Read more about our annual finished compost distribution event here.

Do you service businesses?

At this time, we provide curbside compost collection services to small businesses in our service area when we can meet your needs with our 5-gallon collection buckets.

We do not currently provide food scrap collection services to larger commercial customers. However, we are happy to help provide referrals for other similar companies who may be able to help you divert your food scraps from landfills. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

We’re always bummed to see customers go, but we understand there’s a time and a place for everything. If our service is no longer meeting your needs, reach out and let us know. Hopefully, we can fix it for you. And if not, there are no commitments. You can sign up and cancel your subscription whenever you’d like.
